REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• A return authorization must be obtained from our support team before any return is sent.

Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and will not qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personal care products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Promotional, discounted, clearance, or sale items.
• Free gifts, bonus items, and bundled products.
• Gift cards.
• Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

DELIVERY DISPUTES

Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout and confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
